The Tiffin Midas B+
Tiffin has always been about impeccable Class As. High end luxury even at their lowest price point; Tiffin is synonymous with excellence. But Thor’s addition has given Tiffin something new: depth. Now Tiffin has branched out into Class Cs with its Wayfarer, built the powerful Allegro Bay Class C+, and created the nimble Class B Cahaba.
And now we introduce the Midas, Tiffin’s first ever Class B+. Built on the Ford gas-powered Transit chassis, the Midas.
It’s small and easy to drive, but with all the storage space and a dry bath of a Class C. It’s fashioned after European caravans, with an amazing garage big enough for bicycles in the RT model. It has an induction stove for the ultimate in clean cooking, and a convection microwave, up high, not down at knee-level as you’ll see in less-well-designed small kitchen.
Another great inclusion: a Truma instant hot water heater. And there’s that dry-bath, a minor miracle in a class B space!
The Coachmen Entourage Super C
This is Coachmen’s first Super C and we think it’s a worthy addition to our line-up. Don’t let its bargain price for a Super C, it has plenty of towing power (14,500 pounds). Based on a 4×4 Chevy Silverado 5500 Diesel Chassis or the International CV (we carry both!), the Entourage has upgraded suspension with SumoSprings® at the front for the sort of power and stability you’ll need for roughneck adventures.
As with most Super Cs, you’ll get plenty of fine amenities. The main suite comes with a powered inclining King bed, a large entertainment center, and even a washer/dryer option. There should be plenty of hot water in this thanks to a demand-based water heater.
Optional dual pane windows and a battery/solar package can extend your stay in the wild. Plenty of storage space will mean plenty of toys to bring with you.
